Healing Your Wounds was written and recorded at the request of clients in my private therapy practice who were uncomfortable with the “new age” type of meditation and guided imagery available. I was repeatedly asked by my Christian clients, “Don't you have any meditations with Jesus in them?”. I researched and could not find any Christian formats, one of my clients (my teacher) said “Why don't you write one then.” In that moment, Reflections For Healing was inspired.
