Tricia is a passionate, dedicated professional who truly believes in the resilience of the human spirit to grow through life's challenges. She has had advanced training in the treatment of trauma, codependency, depression and anxiety disorders as well as the integration of spirituality in medicine.

"As a therapist, I have experienced first hand the damage that less than nurturing experiences have on the human mind, body and spirit. I have also been honored and blessed to experience and witness profound healing. The use of guided imagery and affirmations helps to heal the negative imprint on the mind, body and spirit."
